IF YOU CONFIRM: The customer states the following: - While driving, the audio setting in the Vehicle Information Display (VID) is blank while displaying normally in the audio unit. - All other items in the VID display normally i.e. temperature, MPG, etc. - Items above and below the VID display normally i.e. DTE, gear selection, etc. - The issue occurs with the ignition ON or the engine running. - The audio setting normally displays in the combination meter with the audio system on. NOTE: With the ignition in the ACC position, the audio display will go off after approximately 5 seconds. This is normal. ACTION: Replace the combination meter assembly with the one listed in PARTS INFORMATION. NOTE: Do NOT replace the audio unit or any other related parts for this issue, if it should occur.
