I think it was very careless of the manufacturer not to do better safety inspections of objects that are in high contact uses to have been overlooked. All it took was for me to pull the handle from the bottom instead of the top. I was cut on three fingers and had to get stitches to stop the bleeding. I also had to miss two days of work. One to get stitches and one day to have them removed.

My driver side door doesn't open with the door opener/starter so I went in on the passenger side and opened the door by reaching across but I grabbed it from the bottom of the handle and I was badly cut on three fingers because of the razor edge.
