The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Altima. While the contact's wife was driving 45 mph, she was unable to see more than ten feet in front of the vehicle due to poor illumination from both low beam headlights. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The contact called payne's auto mart & leasing (located at 1524 1st ave SE, moultrie, ga 31768, (229) 985-0989) and informed them of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 87,000.
