COOLANT SMELL OR LEAK FROM COOLANT HOSE CLAMPS IF YOU CONFIRM The customer states they smell coolant or have seen signs of coolant leaking, OR There are signs of a coolant leak from any one or more coolant hose clamps. ACTION Replace all twelve (12) coolant hose clamps.
