Murano SL

We have the extended warranty Gold plan which cost us significantly more at time of purchase. The Dealer (Glendale Nissan) stated that the High Pressure power steering hose was not under warranty even though it was a known defect and would cost us $525 to repair. The car had about 50,000 miles and this shouldn't be happening so soon. I called Nissan's complaint line and they didn't respond for a few days even though they were supposed to in 24hrs. The dealer wanted to charge us $175 for the visual inspection if we took it somewhere else, I was furious and managed to get the fee waived. I took me car to an outside mechanic and it cost me half as much with the dealer part. Nissan Finally called three days after only to tell me I needed the Gold Plus warranty for it to be covered - I will never buy Nissan again.
