SERVICE INFORMATION While performing the Intelligent Key Registration procedure, additional steps may need to be performed if the following occurs: - the first registration attempt is unsuccessful, AND - during the next registration attempt, CONSULT-III plus becomes hung up / stuck (see Figure 1 in the bulletin) prior to the pre-PIN read step and will not allow you to proceed.
