"20162014-2016 ROGUE; IPDM CONFIGURATION AFTER UNIT REPLACEMENT THIS BULLETIN HAS BEEN AMENDED. TWO PART NUMBER TABLES, AND SYMPTOMS THAT COULD OCCUR IF THE IPDM IS NOT CONFIGURED HAVE BEEN ADDED, AND THE APPLIED VEHICLES SECTION HAS BEEN REVISED. PLEASE DISCARD PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF THIS BULLETIN. SERVICE INFORMATION AFTER REPLACING AN IPDM IN AN APPLIED VEHICLE, THE IPDM ECU PART NUMBER MUST BE SELECTED FOR PROPER FUNCTION. USE CONSULT-III PLUS (C-III PLUS) THROUGH MANUAL CONFIGURATION TO DO THIS. THE SETTING IS BASED ON THE VEHICLE OPTIONS (SEE TABLE A, B OR C ON PAGE 2 FOR VEHICLE OPTIONS). -THE IPDM E/R PART NUMBER IS EXTERNALLY MARKED ON ALL IPDM E/R CASES AND DOES NOT INDICATE WHAT IT IS CONFIGURED AS. -ONCE CONFIGURED, THE CONFIGURED NUMBER CAN ONLY BE READ THROUGH READ / WRITE CONFIGURATION. -IPDM E/R CONFIGURATION CANNOT BE READ THROUGH WORK SUPPORT / ECU IDENTIFICATION AND WILL ONLY SHOW THE PART NUMBER THAT IS MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CASE. -THE VEHICLE WILL NOT START UNTIL THE IPDM IS CONFIGURED. IF THE IPDM IS CONFIGURED INCORRECTLY FOR THE VEHICLEÂ’S OPTIONS, THE SYMPTOMS SHOWN BELOW MAY OCCUR."
