IF YOU CONFIRM Vibration, booming or drone is present while stopped, at idle and transmission is in Drive: * From the steering wheel with the A/C ON. Or * From the front passenger seat with the A/C OFF. And * The level of vibration is greater than a known good vehicle. ACTION Refer to the Flow Chart on page 2 to confirm if this bulletin applies.
