IF YOU CONFIRM
The customer experiences a hesitation in acceleration during a rolling stop, or delayed
acceleration when pressing the accelerator pedal at or near 0 mph,
Or
A feeling of a delayed upshift or higher than expected engine RPM, while driving on a flat
surface or up a small incline,
And
There are no TCM related DTCs present.
ACTION
1. Confirm the current ECM part number.
2. If applicable, reprogram the ECM.
3. Confirm the current TCM part number.
4. If applicable, reprogram the TCM.
