Rear Seatbelt Ownerâ??s Manual Addendum Voluntary Service Campaign
Campaign Summary:
Nissan is providing owners of approximately 11,358 MY2020 Nissan Titan (A61) vehicles with a supplemental Ownerâ??s Manual addendum booklet. Nissan discovered the Ownerâ??s Manual is missing the standard description of seat belt pretensioner(s) applied for rear outboard seating positions. Customers will be asked to place the supplemental Ownerâ??s Manual addendum booklet inside the vehicleâ??s glove box.
What Dealers Should Do:
1. Verify if new vehicles in their inventory are affected by this Voluntary Service Campaign using Service Comm or DBS National Service History â?? Open Campaigns I.D. PC755.
â?¢ New vehicles in dealer inventory can also be identified using DBS (Sales-> Vehicle Inventory, and filter by Open Campaign).

ï?§ SERVICE COMM will only be active for vehicles in new vehicle dealer inventory.
2. If a dealer receives a supplemental Ownerâ??s Manual addendum booklet for a vehicle they have retailed, currently have in their new vehicle or pre-owned inventory, or a Nissan Rental Car (NRC), the dealer should either forward the ownerâ??s manual addendum to the current owner or add the addendum to the glove box of any affected vehicle they currently control.
3. Customers receiving this addendum booklet have been advised to insert this booklet into their glove box.
