BULLETIN APPLIES TO MANUAL TRANSAXLE EQUIPPED VEHICLES. DOES NOT APPLY TO VEHICLES THAT HAVE HAD THE POWERTRAIN CONTROL MODULE REPRO- GRAMMED ON TSB 18-36-95, 18-20-95REVA, OR 18-39-95 DATED DEC. 8, 1995. ENGINE RPM BRIEFLY (1-5 SECS.) DOES NOT DECREASE, WHEN THE CLUTCH IS DISENGAGED AND THE THROTTLE IS CLOSED WHILE SHIFTING.
