HVAC SYSTEM RECIRCULATION MODE INOPERATIVE. THE AIR RECIRCULATION DOOR IS NOT MOVING OR MOVING TOO SLOWLY DURING HVAC SYSTEM OPERATION. THE RECIRCULATION DOOR WILL PROBABLY BE FOUND STUCK IN THE OUTSIDE AIR MODE. *TT *MJ
