Summary
This SKU is an HVAC Air Door Actuator. The customer communication requested return of unsold inventory to inspect the housing. There may be a gap between the 2 halves of the housing causing the actuator to bind and a loss of HVAC air door control. Loss of HVAC air door control can lead to discomfort as it may be stuck in a single orientation.
