Concerns: Spring struts for front and rear axle
Information: This is to inform you of a voluntary Workshop Campaign on the above-mentioned vehicles. Internal quality checks have shown that front-axle and rear-axle spring struts with shock absorbers
from a batch in which an O-ring on the shock absorber might be damaged were installed on
some vehicles.
This can result in a loss of pressure in the gas-filled shock absorber over the service life of the vehicle and
can cause rumbling noises when driving on uneven road surfaces.
