My truck rolled back about 6 ft in my drive way while it was parked about 20 minutes after getting out the truck. I moved the truck back and about 20 minutes later it rolled back 4 ft. I then moved it again and put the parking break on with no movement my driveway has a small incline around 3-4%.

When driving at night the headlights flicker. Does it in low beam and high beam. Has done it with ac on and off. Has done this with heat on and off. I am concerned that with the issue the headlights will go completely out while driving. This can cause a life and death issue. It does it at highway speeds as well as city speed. I noticed this when the vehicle had 751 miles on it.

The mechanic was unable to produce a fault code. The contact stated that the vehicle was repurchased by the manufacturer, but the failure occurred three times in the replacement vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 115.

Our company leased this vehicle from mid county Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 12/16/2015 as a part of an eight vehicle fleet. On 8/18/2016, the vehicle operator reported that the engine would not crank and needed jumper cables to start. The vehicle was brought to mid county Chrysler for repairs. The mechanics diagnosed a failed battery and replaced it. The vehicle was released to us on 8/26/2016. While this is the only incident on record for this vehicle, it is important to note that our fleet consists solely of Ram 1500S, with seven of them being 2016 models and one 2015 model. Battery and electrical system failures have been pervasive throughout our entire fleet.

On 8/18/2016, the vehicle operator reported that the engine would not start and the vehicle was brought to the mid county dealership for repairs. Mechanics tested the vehicle and found that the battery was dead and replaced it. The vehicle was released to us on 8/26/2016. While this is the only incident on record for this vehicle, it is important to note that our fleet consists entirely of Ram 1500, with seven being the 2016 model and one 2015 model. Battery and electric failure has been pervasive throughout our entire fleet.

Additionally, the transmission was slipping from 1st to 2nd. The vehicle was towed to the mid county dealership for repairs. Mechanics found that the battery had failed and replaced it. The mechanics also found defects in the transmission system, but were unable to repair it. The mechanics then proceeded to replace the entire transmission system. The vehicle was released to us on 9/7/2016. While this is a single incident for this vehicle, it is important to note that our fleet consists entirely of Ram 1500, with seven being 2016 models and one 2015 model. Battery failure and transmission failure has been pervasive throughout our entire fleet.

Our company leased this vehicle from bayside Chrysler Jeep Dodge on 4/22/2016 as part of an eight vehicle fleet. On 6/24/2016, the vehicle operator was not able to start the vehicle and it was towed to the bayside dealership. Mechanics noted that they were able to jump start the vehicle with jumper cables, but malfunction lights came on and the instrument panel started dimming. The mechanics replaced the battery and released the vehicle to us the same day. On 8/4/2016, the engine once again failed to start. The vehicle was again towed to the bayside dealership, where mechanics again found internal failure and once again replaced the battery. The vehicle was released to us on 8/5/2016. On 9/13/2016, the vehicle once again failed to start and was towed to the bayside dealership. Mechanics found that the battery was dead and the instrument panel was malfunctioning. The battery was again replaced and a road test was performed. The vehicle was released to us on 9/20/2016.

The vehicle was towed to the bayside dealership. The mechanics determined that the battery failed and replaced it. The vehicle was released to us on 7/1/2016. On 8/2/2016, the vehicle once again failed to start and warning lights were engaged on the indicator panel. The vehicle was again towed to the bayside dealership. Mechanics found that the battery had failed and replaced it. The vehicle was released to us on 8/5/2016. On 10/1/2016, the vehicle failed to start for a third time. The vehicle was towed to the bayside dealership. Mechanics found that the battery failed to hold a charge. The battery was once again replaced. The vehicle was released to us on 10/3/2016.

Purchased vehicle April 15, 2016. Since this time when shifting from reverse to drive or park to drive transmissions shudders or slips before moving forward. This now also occurs in when shifting to reverse.on several occasions have shifted from park to drive. Transmission will not engage and indicator light on gear selector switch flashes. Have video. Have to replace to park and turn off vehicle and restart to engage transmission. I have had the climate control switch settings on its own. From air conditioning to heat. I have had the speedometer screen start flashing at me while operating on the highway speed that forward or rear park assist is not available. Electric side view mirrors have folded in on their own while operating at highway speeds. On two occasions while in park and running the vehicle has shifted into reverse. All incidents have been witnessed by independent witnesses. The service manager at the dealership has witnessed some of these incidents. Fca is aware of the problem and can't seem to fix. These are all ongoing issues.

The headlights were turned on and the automatic braking system engaged without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the brake controller computer failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.

The ignition switch is in a position where it can be bumped by the drivers knee. I was driving the truck, bumped the key fob with my knee, and the truck died. I was traveling at highway speed at night, and the truck completely shut off. This is a significant problem.
