Summary
Bumper Step Pad Customer may notice the center section of the step pad is not sitting flat. It will appear raised either left or right of center. Please photograph the condition, measure the gap between the bumper and step pad. Then contact Jim Allie via Cell Phone (248) 736-5349 with this information. We may want to have the whole bumper assembly returned for study. ~ If the dealership is within the Metro Detroit Area, Jim would like to analyze the vehicle in person prior to repair. ~ If the dealership is not close, please take pictures and a detailed description of what is causing the issue including where on the Step Pad the issue is occurring. If Jim does not return the call within 15 minutes please gather the requested information and proceed with the repair. Information can be emailed to james.allie@fcagroup.com
