I am wanting to file a claim on a 2019 Ram 1500 for a defective rear window. This is a known issue that fca has refused to acknowledge or resolve. The rear window frame is weak and cracks around the rear sliding glass. With these cracks, there is potential for water to leak into the cab of the vehicle. There are also issues with cracks and leaking around other areas of the rear window frame. This may be due to a faulty seal when manufactured. My fear is that this will cause mold to develop behind as well as on my rear seats causing potential harm to not only my vehicle, but myself and family. I also do not want potential damage to important electrical components that are located behind and under the rear seat. My truck is out of warranty, and I understand that there isn't much fca will do, I just hope that pressure is put on them to improve and develop a better design to prevent this issue. I would also like to see fca extend an olive branch so to speak to the customers who have this issue by either replacing the part, or covering a portion of the repair cost for those that are in or out of warranty.

I had noticed that the rear window on the drivers side would leak a small dribble of water after a car wash or a heavy rain. The vehicle was not moving at the time of discovery. I took my truck into meador cdjr in fort worth tx and they removed and replaced the rear seat and rear window. They installed a new window seal and replaced the rear seat. They covered this as a warranty item with no charge to me.

Ok we need a recall now this is ridiculous! give us a recall on the rear window because all it does is crack and leak, I am sick and tired of bringing my truck to the dealer for this problem and im sure everyone else is too so please do us a favor here. Second the manifold bolts breaking/cracking, seriously! that needs to be addressed immediately as well, thats all we ask for is for these two recalls.

Vehicle is leaking water through my back window seal, cab brake light and it has destroyed my headliner. When it rains or waking my truck it leaks every time when stationary or moving.

Washing/waxing truck when crack was found over driver door jamb where the roof and the door surround meet. Truck has 11,000 miles on it and has been well cared for and not abused. Zero accident damage. Fca has already denied the initial claim but it is reprocessing. Absolute textbook manufacturer defect, be it in steel used or welding process. Crack first found on 8/15/2020, no idea how long it's been there.

Rear power sliding window develops cracks at the top on both sides of the center glass. Window leaks into cab when moisture is present outside the vehicle such as snow, rain or car wash. I am trying to get Ram/fca to fix issue but they are not calling me back. Many 2019 Ram trucks are having this issue.

When reach speeds above 60 mph or wind present, the hood flexes inwards. It creates a concaving high on the hood and covers an area of 12-18 inches. This can't be good for the hood or the paint.

Test drive at vehicle purchase, and every drive thereafter. Vehicle makes a cyclic harmonic noise/vibration at various speeds on all surfaces. Noise is similar to a very loud sub woofer bass with vibration that can be felt on all hard surfaces. Noise varies from soft to very loud, and cycles in and out, but never stops. My research revealed an active noise cancellation system (atmm) installed on this model, consisting of noise generating modules fastened to frame, designed to offset transmission and mds noises. Noise can be intense, aggravating and very distracting. Two dealers have acknowledged the noise, but cannot repair it.
