Flash: Driver Assistance System Module (DASM) Updates
This bulletin involves reprogramming the DASM with the latest software available. The customer may describe one or more of the following:Forward Facing Camera Issue, Service Required. An
EVIC message indicating "Automatic Cruise Control/Forward CollisionWarning (ACC/FCW) limited functionality". Lane Sense inoperative. The Forward Collision Warning (FCW) warning light being illuminated.
In addition, customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation thetechnician may find the following Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC):C008E-00 - ECU Internal Performance.
