Motor Generator Unit (MGU) Connector Not Fully Seated
This bulletin involves replacing the MGU.
Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find one or more ofthe following Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs). U0594 - Implausible Data Received From HCP. P1B03-00 - Resolver Signal / MCPA Rationality. P0A3F-00 - Drive Motor A Position Sensor 1 Circuit. P0607-00 - ECU Internal Performance. P1C64-00 - Hybrid Perf - Engine Speed Below Target During Autostart. P0A92-00 - Hybrid Generator Performance. Customers may also experience the following: The vehicle has 15-40 minutes of driving time before a vehicle stall.The vehicle will be unable to re-start. The vehicle will lose charging of the main 12V battery. A check engine light and/or a low battery light illuminates.
