The contact owns a 2018 Ram 2500. While attempting to accelerate from a stop, the vehicle failed to accelerate. The contact mentioned that the vehicle was operating independently. The vehicle was taken to autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Fiat johnson city (3700 bristol hwy, johnson city, tn 37601, (423) 354-3916) to be diagnosed, but the cause of the failure was undetermined. The vehicle was not repaired and the failure recurred multiple times. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 600.
