Brake Transmission Shift Interlock (BTSI) Please contact Stacey Davis at (248) 260-6078 or stacey.davis@fcagroup.com if the following scenario occurs; The T79 or U11 recall was completed where the shifter inspection was acceptable and the software flash was performed but then the customer comes back needing the BTSI bracket replaced for coming out of park without the brake or key.
