Before replacing this radio, make sure you can reproduce the customer issue. If the radio is locked up, has a blank screen, or no sound, please perform a vehicle battery reset. If radio functionality is resumed, return the vehicle to the customer. If there are any questions or concerns or the vehicle has been in for repair for the same radio concern more than once, please call Rick Gordon at Cell (248) 630- 6281. If no response in 15 minutes, proceed with repair.
