Takata recall 7 months and counting no response, no repair. How much longer and will I have to wait again for the passenger side repair" will I have to drive my Saab to Florida like I had to do with my Ford to get it fixed"

Takata recall. My vehicle is affected by the current takata recall. I have received notice from Saab months and months ago and there is still no fix available. I have a potentially life threatening projectile in front of me while I drive and a remedy needs to come sooner than later. I drive about 50,000 miles a year, I am always on the road. When I contacted my Saab dealer they told me they won't put me in a loaner, there is no fix, and they think it will be a long time before we have one. Based on previous recalls, I tend to believe them. I would like a loaner car until this gets sorted out. I'm sure replacement parts for my Saab are on the bottom of the priority list as its a low volume model in this giant mess.
