The contact owns a 2007 Saturn Vue. The contact stated that the horn would independently sound. The contact disconnected the fuse and the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer for inspection. The dealer advised replacing the battery. The battery was replaced but to no avail. The dealer then advised that the air bag module was defective and causing the failure. The manufacturer offered a 50 percent discount on repairs. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 78,600 and the current mileage was approximately 78,700.
