I went over a high speed bump now my airbag light is on. It works intermittently but mainly stays on. Now I went to dealership and they say it will cost $1100 to fix.the passenger air bag is not working but the driver is. I've also noticed other people with airbag problems with passenger side. Maybe its time for a recall!!!

I was in an accident involving front end damage only (I.e. I left the roadway and struck a tree in the area of the grill of my vehicle, while attempting to avoid a deer). The airbags failed to deploy. I was a properly restrained driver of this vehicle with no occupants, as I was on my way to my place of employment. The vehicle was deemed a total loss by the insurance company. I was transported to the hospital by pov by an off duty psp trooper. I lost time at work, and experienced a low back injury, as well as had to replace my vehicle.

I own a 2008 Xb and air bags never deployed when hit in passenger front side of car by a deer and back shoulder restraint didn't lock on impact allowed person to hit back of driver seat. After crash motor stayed running but hazard lights wouldn't work and just glad no one was killed. I just want someone to be aware that this could have been a bad outcome and to check out the safety of a vehicle to save lives.I did enjoy my Xb lots room and great handling in snow.

I was involved in an auto accident when someone pulled out in front of me and I hit the front end of the car that pulled out. Aprox 35-40 mph. The airbag never deployed and I hit the roof and bent the steering wheel with the impact of my body. Police arrived and I was transported to the hospital via ambulance. My 2008 Scion Xb received substantial damage in the amount of $12,000. No airbags deployed in the accident and this concerns me.
