SEAT BELT IS BUCKLED BUT IN RARE CASES, CAN OCCUR WHEN THE BELT IS UNBUCKLED. THE SERVICE PROCEDURE INVOLVES REMOVAL OF A TOOTHED WASHER AND REPLACING IT WITH A SPRING WAVE WASHER."
