TSB: Some 2018 model year Camry vehicles equipped with four-cylinder engines may exhibit a MIL ?ON? condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P07407E (Torque Converter Clutch Actuator Stuck On). The Engine Control Module (ECM) (SAE term: Powertrain Control Module [PCM]) logic has been modified to address this condition. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
