The front passenger airbag is known to be defective and to potentially cause injury or death. Toyota's current remedy is to instruct me to "not drive with an occupant in the front passenger seat". if they are unable to fix my vehicle in a timely fashion they should be providing me with a safe alternative to drive. This language can not be used as jargon to waive their responsibility in case of injury. Their explicit failure to fix this in a timely manner is unacceptable.
