Regarding: The recall on the airbag (June of 2015 with a letter received in September) there is no solution except to "not use the passenger seat." I have no way to carry 5 passengers without endangering 1 person in the passenger seat. Toyota headquarters strung the call out then finally said I could have a loner but would only give his first name (vince.) but my local dealer, grossinger at 1561 N fremont Chicago il 60642 put me on hold. I had no response from leaving a message or E-mail. When I took my car in for service the service representative just said "call." When I called grossinger they told me that they don't provide loaners. When I called northside Toyota peter solber told me that there is a waiting list and he can't guarantee a car when I would need carry 5 passengers. He provided no other solution. As of 9/30/2015 there is no safe solution for carrying passengers.
