Summary
TSB: Some 2012 - 2014 model year Corolla vehicles equipped with a 2ZR-FE engine (or 2014 model year 2ZR-FAE) and some 2012 - 2013 model year Matrix vehicles equipped with a 2ZR-FE engine may exhibit a MIL "ON" with DTC P219A (Bank 1 Air-Fuel Ratio Imbalance) present. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to improve this condition.
