(Tire Pressure Monitoring System):
The TPMS system on the MY vehicles (2011-2013 Jetta, Tiguan, GTI, Golf and 2012-2013 Passat) is now an indirect type system. There are no sensors in the wheels as on previous models. There is no separate TPMS module, as all functions are part of the ABS module and monitored through the ABS sensors. This document informs where to find further detailed information on the system
