Technical Bulletin (Rear Doors, Outer Seal, Water Retention at Sill Plate):
Rear door seals are retaining water until door is open. Water is collecting between lower door seal and lower body seal of the rear doors. The production solution to this issue was New design rear outer door seals. This document discusses the "Fault Codes" necessary to diagnosis, and potential remedy of the issue. The fault codes for checking warranty coverage for servicing the vehicle are also available.
