This is a Technical Journal: * New VCM software release date CCD = Center Console Display DIM = Driver Information Module VCM = Vehicle Connectivity Master After upgrading an XC90 with the previous Total Upgrade software package, the navigation may show incorrect vehicle position in the CCD and DIM displays. This may happen intermittently or permanently. The customer may also see the vehicle position as incorrect in the Volvo On Call mobile app Service: *A further improved VCM software has been developed to prevent this symptom (now included in the current Total Upgrade, Service 2.0, and PDS software packages). It is available as of week 48, 2016. * Should a vehicle present this symptom, please perform a new Total Upgrade following software download guidelines in TJ 31543
