When driving the car, its performance suffers noticeably from severely restricted acceleration at low speeds due to hesitation of engine. This occurs intermittently but keeps happening. Results in dangerous situations that leave the car unpredictably in a vulnerable position on the road, when, for example, it hesitates to successfully change lanes in the time-frame that other cars I have driven would normally complete a lane change smoothly and predictably. Dealer has inspected the car multiple times, and they agree this is a situation that can exist on this car, and insists that "this is the way the car is designed so it is not a flaw." A statement that is incredibly hard to believe, unless the company somehow feels that intentionally designing flaws into the car's performance is a desirable feature. Especially ones that are unsafe and dangerous.
