MDX Advanced 3.5L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 36,235 miles

Prime Acura refused services, claiming recommended non warranty service work was refused. I told Acura the car is not maintained to their standards. I informed Prime Acura of Westboro Massachusetts I only want proper warranty work based on Acura schedules done. I was informed due to no brake flushes, rear axle flushes and costly visual inspections that the car is in poor shape. All paperwork provided from them says all free inspected items are good to excellent

Acura (Prime Acura Massachusetts) does not honor warranties as they do not make money on them. The car had to have 5 of 6 recalls performed, had major electronic failures and cost the dealer too much I suspect.

Acura quality is now poor, based on the transmission issues I have.

MDX 3.5L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 50,000 miles

Transmission is shuddering between 3rd and 4th, and 4th and 5th when going easy on the gas between 1500 and 2000 rpm. Dealer can not find the problem. I'm at 64000 so it's under warranty, but when they can't find it they charge me $140 diagnostic fee and treat me like an asshole. Sunnyside Acura in Nashua New Hampshire.
