2003 Acura 3.2tl, unit 1 was traveling westbound on the Ohio turnpike when it lost the left front wheel, while attempting to enter the great lakes plaza. There was damage to the left front wheel, left front rotor, left front fender and undercarriage. (Ohio traffic crash report # 10-0344-91)
