I was slowly approaching a very busy major blvd when the problem happened.... the engine was ROARING .... I almost crashed the car ... I was able to stop the car 5 inches from the blvd intersection ... I pressed on the pedal but the car hardly stopped ... I pressed now the brake pedal all the way down .... I then shifted to neutral. Turned the engine off.... waited a bit, on again, ROARING LIKE HELL, off again.... I waited a while and started the car again .... fine .... I went home and reported the problem to the Acura (Mexico) .... they never had heard about that problem
