Dealer claims that the resolution of the noise issue caused by the cupped tires is to replace them. I contend that this premature wear of the Goodyear tires is a defect and I should not be required to replace them when the tires are nowhere end of life. Customer service experience at the Milford, CT dealership has literally left me speechless. Service Manager left me feeling like he did me a favor by talking to me and putting my car in a lift to diagnose! As a result of this experience I will never consider buying another Acura.
