A3 2.0L

I have a 2016 Audi A3, with 56K miles on it. I was driving down the highway a few weeks ago when suddenly my car started shaking violently, EPC light came on, and check engine light flashing. I had it towed to my local Audi dealership immediately, where a few days later they called me and told me there was a malfunction with my piston, part of it breaking off shards into my engine and needing a total engine replacement costing over 10K when all said and done. I asked to file a claim with Audi corporate seeing as though my car mileage is just out of the Powertrain warranty and this has been brought up hundreds of times as an issue, and upon further research I found that there are several class action lawsuits on this exact same issue.

Dealership is giving me the run around or just not answering me, and Audi corporate is no help at all. They will not offer me a loaner and have had my car in the shop for nearing a month now with no answers. I believe this is criminal knowing this is a common problem people have with 2.0L engines, yet there is no recall, and they refuse to help. I'm sure I will have to end up taking a huge loss on the car as I'm still paying off my financing and am just in awe that a so-called "luxury" vehicle company could be so unprofessional and disgusting. This is by far the worst experience I've had with a vehicle, and I'm extremely upset with them.
