A4 1.8L Turbo

  • Automatic transmission
  • 84,555 miles

My problem started with stupidly paying $55K for a rolling piece of sh*t car!!! Lets see... the window fell out of the convertible top, they're excuse... it is Florida. The motor blew at 65k miles, sludging issues... how convenient I just ran out of warranty, Transmission control module issues at 80K miles, no biggie unless you dont mind transmission Alzheimers! Cup holders regularly break, glove box hinges broken, convertible top compartment hinge..broke... main dash display...going out as I speak, convertible motor on its way out... bottom line... car cost $55k.. repairs to date plus anticipated upcoming expenses $35K. My advice.. buy ANYTHING but an Audi. I could have bought 5 Kia's for the money I spent and probably had way less headache

A4 FWD 1.8L

  • CVT transmission
  • 70,000 miles

This car has a design flaw. Audi does not make these transmissions anymore. Good luck finding one or pay 7.5k for a new one. I looked through 4 states, no used and rebuild transmissions. It's been over a month and I'm ready to scrap the car. I saying this to save you a lot of money down the road.
