The contact owns a 2007 Audi A4. While driving at 50 mph and pressing on the clutch, the vehicle would not shift gears. The contact called the dealership and was advised that the failure was due to driver error or wear and tear. The contact called the manufacturer who offered 25% off the repair costs. The vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. The current and failure mileages were approximately 34,500.
