The contact owns a 2002 Audi A6. The contact stated that the vehicle would hesitate when the accelerator was depressed. The vehicle would drive extremely sluggish until the vehicle would reach a speed of 20 mph. The vehicle was inspected by a mechanic that advised the contact that the fuel pump was failing. The vehicle was neither inspected nor repaired for the failure. The failure mileage was 88,000 and the current mileage was 92,538.
