The contact owns a 2017 Audi Q7. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 19V035000 (fuel system, gasoline); however, the parts to do the repair were unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. Audi chantilly (14839 stonecroft center ct, chantilly, va 20151, (855) 716-7382) was contacted and confirmed that the parts would not be available until April 9, 2019. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
