Called dealer after 1st door lock failed and let them know that my car door locks would not lock and I couldn't use the car because it was not secure. The second one failed and I had dealer call the regional rep to complain. No help. Third one failed and I was starting to get really pissed! Still not coverable by AUDI!!! WTF AUDI!!! NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
And great quality with backing! A garage parked car that never sees the outdoors in harsh weather should not have failures with hardware like this. And if they do, Audi should MAN UP!
