TT 2.0L

  • Manual transmission
  • 80,000 miles

When I use the convertible top, after I put the top back up, there is a door not closed light that comes on on dashboard. Surpised something on that dash works. The fun part is I cant roll windows all the way up because the car thinks top is not fully on. Aparently the locks deteriorate over time and move. I had to take a flat head screw driver and move the round cylinder thing closer to the lock so that it would catch. This has become a regular thing now. Yeah. Another lovely Quirk. Aparently they can replace the lock mechanism for some ridiculous amount of Money at Audi but that will just break too so its better to just use the screw driver.

TT 2.0L

  • Manual transmission
  • 80,000 miles

Tachometer and Speedometer jump around at idle and while underway. While they still server a purpose it is a driver distraction and I cant say that I have seen this in any other Audi so how did they get this car so wrong? When taken with the other 30 things wrong, it adds up to a very sour taste in your mouth that you ever bought the car.

TT Quarttro 1.8L 4 cyl. Turbo

  • Manual transmission
  • 43,400 miles

SPEEDOMETER CLUSTER SHOW PROBLEM WITH THE "PIXELS LIGHTS"..."GAS GAUGE"..."TEMPERATURE READINGS SHOW TO HOT WHEN IT IS NOT".............Just purchased this 20012 Audi TT Quarttro in December 2014, had 41,500 Miles...Drives like a TOP but this Speedometer Cluster after much research seems to be a problem for this model all along...Understand that AUDI of England and Europe had the Speedometer cluster for these years RECALLED at their cost to fix but AUDI USA did not!!!!!!!

I also read somewhere that their was a LAWSUIT to remedy this problem does anodyne know the out come of that lawsuit??????? Anyone knows where I can get this fix by someone else besides AUDI!!!!!@!!! Don't want any AUDI touching this car, no need to enrich these Pricks, THIS CAR NEW SOLD FOR 43 THOUSAND DOLLARS, after 41,500 miles these problems should not be occurring.
