The car was redesigned and the rear head rests don't go all the way down, as a result, when a short person is driving, the headrest blocks the rear window - as you cant see out the rear window, it is extremely unsafe. The service people at multiple BMW dealers agree that the design is flawed but, BMW management refuses to fix it as they claim everything is working to their standards.
