: the contact stated after traveling 20 mph and becoming immobiled at traffic light, the RPM surged. This occurred at every traffic light. The vehicle was taken to the dealership who determined as a new vehicle the computer module has to learn the drivers habits. The contact expressed the diagnosis unacceptable.
