I contacted BMW admin offices about the sunroof exploding, after the repair shop (who specializes in BMW's) said he has heard of the sunroof on BMW's exploding. He had already ordered a BMW sunroof, that we paid for, so we had him complete the repair. They did a fabulous job. West Shore Automotive in Tampa FL did a great job. Thank you Jeff.

BMW denied our request because we did not use a BMW certified inspector to assess the situation. Even though we had the pictures to prove that it did indeed explode. I cannot believe that BMW is that cheap that they would not fix a faulty sunroof. You just need to be afraid of your sunroof exploding and having to pay out or pocket to fix it!! I will most likely never buy a BMW again. I love the car but now when I drive it all I think about is the roof exploding again! Kind of stressful.
