Horn started to sound lower, then it doesn't work. I changed the fuse and it worked for two months, then the same issue, the volume starts to go down on the horn, and then the horn doesn't work. There was a bulletin about water getting into some part of the car and the water causes the horn to fail.

Passenger door handle will not open lock to door upon first pull of handle. The interior door handle is designed to open both the lock and the door latch but the handle failed to start opening the lock at 41K miles and now requires the use of the electric key fob or button in the center console. If the car does not have power the door will not unlock at all.
