Every time I take my car in for an routine oil change at BMW Dealership in D'iberville, MS. They find another problem and before taking the car in there are no problem lights coming on. In the last year, I have spent at least $3,000 on repairs. This time about two weeks ago, I took my vehicle in again for the oil change, now my low coolant light is coming on. The guy told me that they can top it off if I bring it in, but as I explained I never had this problem before bringing it in for the oil change.
I seriously feel that they want me to buy another vehicle so they are sabotaging my vehicle each time I bring it in. Also, I told them I had car shield and he tried to file a claim without my permission on another issue that he says I have. Keep in mind that no lights or nothing major ever happens to my car until after I take it in for an oil change. I really need help with this because I cannot afford a new car and because of the age of my vehicle they are causing these issues. If you live in this area, and your car has been sabotaged by this dealership, please add your complaint. I know that I am not the only one experiencing this.
